Digital Transformation.
Digital transformation is often discussed as a technical challenge. In practice, it is a human and organisational one.
I speak and advise on digital transformation and entrepreneurship with a focus on execution, decision-making, and institutional context. My work examines why digital initiatives struggle to deliver impact not because of technology itself, but because of misaligned incentives, unclear ownership, weak governance, or unrealistic assumptions about behaviour.
Particularly in developing economies, digital tools can amplify both strengths and weaknesses. When systems are poorly designed, digitalisation can increase complexity or exclusion. When designed with clarity and intent, it can improve access, efficiency, and resilience.
My advisory and speaking work helps organisations think more clearly about digital change, asking the right questions before adopting tools, aligning systems with purpose, and ensuring that digital investments support real outcomes rather than activity for its own sake.
Across entrepreneurship, SME support, and institutional programmes, my focus remains consistent: digital transformation succeeds when it is grounded in clear decisions, realistic systems, and an honest understanding of how organisations actually operate.
